Recently, the Yexing-Tai’an Shubar membrane structure project was quietly completed. Projects with the word “book bar” are destined to be designed to be exquisite and elegant, and also need skilled craftsmen to carry out construction and carving. The completion of the project is the result of nearly a month of silent struggle in the mountains by our Yexing membrane structure project team. Project introduction: Tai’an Shubar membrane structure project is a comprehensive project integrating viewing, reading, leisure and entertainment, which not only has the modern atmosphere of the membrane structure building itself, but also has the exquisite elegance given by the superb skills of the designer and builder, giving people a fashionable and chic but restrained and simple look. The roof of this project is streamlined, with a construction area of about 600 square meters. The outer film adopts white environmental protection film imported from Germany, the inner film adopts PTFE inner film, and the middle is added with thermal insulation layer, and the inner film needs to be installed with light. Below the roof is a fully enclosed space, and the walls are in the form of floor-to-ceiling glass, which can obtain excellent views from all angles

Engineering difficulties:

Difficulty 0: The outer membrane closure needs to be wrapped 5.<> meters into the cornice (as shown below).

Difficulty 2: The overall membrane surface needs to be free of folds and the membrane unit connection should not leak any metal connectors, and be overly flat. (as shown below)

Difficulty 5: The gap between the inner membrane unit does not exceed <>mm (as shown in the figure below).

Difficulty 4: The limitation of the operating space of the inner membrane makes it difficult to install.

Difficulty 5: In order to achieve the overall effect of the inner membrane, the inner membrane node process is complex and the accuracy requirements are high.

Difficulty 6: The overall building requires precision from steel structure processing to joint process to measurement and cutting processing.
