Time flies, and four years later, Yexing added a membrane structure canopy for the third phase of the Dongguan Citizen Service Center project on the right. The third phase of the Dongguan Citizen Service Center project is adjacent to the intersection of the “Time Development Axis” of Dongguan Avenue and the “Shanshui Cultural Axis” of Hongfu Road, adjacent to the Municipal Administrative Office Center, and brings together the central green space, the first and second phases of the Citizen Service Center, the International Trade Center, the Agricultural Commercial Bank Building, Global Economic and Trade Center, First International and other administrative, cultural, commercial, and office multiple advantageous resources are positioned as the extension and supplement of the first and second phases of the Citizen Service Center, the service hub of the three-dimensional slow traffic system in the area, and the citizens’ leisure in the central city living room.

The total construction area of the project is 56,600 square meters, with a total investment of about 816 million yuan. There is one basement floor and four floors above the ground. It is the last piece of commercial land in the Hongfu Road business district in the core area of Dongguan City. It is accurately positioned as a young customer group, and the format is trendy. The third phase of Dongguan Citizen Service Center integrates the characteristics of Lingnan arcades through the interlacing of courtyards, blocks, and buildings to create a semi-outdoor three-dimensional park with unique Lingnan style! The biggest highlight of the design appearance is the 11-block, 35-meter-high giant canopy made of membrane structure to create a leisure, comfortable, “free breathing” space and create a dynamic feeling of “sail and set sail”.

This is a typical membrane structure commercial landscape membrane canopy project. 11 huge arc-shaped membrane structure canopies, with a projected area of nearly 14,000 square meters, are fixed and supported by more than 2,000 tons of steel structures. Real materials to ensure the safety and reliability of the building.
