Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium is located in the urban functional core area of Longsheng New Town in Liangjiang New District. It covers an area of approximately 303 acres and has a total construction area of 166,900 square meters. It is equipped with competition areas, media and broadcast areas, commercial operations areas, spectator areas, etc. The functional area has more than 2,000 parking spaces for motor vehicles as well as supporting buildings, squares, landscaping, etc. It is the first professional football stadium in Chongqing and can accommodate about 60,000 people to watch the game.

The design concept of Longxing Football Stadium is “a football palace with Chongqing temperament”. Its planning, landscape and architectural design include elements such as converging, rotating and rising smooth curves, and incorporates the concepts of “Fire Phoenix”, “Flywheel” and “Windmill”. After the Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium is put into operation, it will be one of the four professional football stadiums in China with a scale of more than 60,000 seats. It will have the largest single LED dot matrix transparent grille screen in the country, and will be the first to apply smart command in a domestic professional football stadium.
