This project is an ETFE film structure art landscape project in Huashan Flower Sea Theme Park, Huashan Mystery Grottoes, Huangshan Scenic Area. The purpose is to create a place with high appearance for tourists to take photos and punch cards. The overall artistic landscape of Huangshan Huashan Mystery Grottoes is two big hemispherical steel structure bubbles close to each other. The two steel structure shells are divided into several units with artistic vision by Tyson polygon, and then the upper part of the shell is covered by ETFE air pillow film to form a semi open steel structure pavilion landscape with strong air bubbles. This “compact” ETFE membrane structure landscape, from the steel structure skeleton to the ETFE air pillow fixed by the aluminum alloy bracket, has exquisite processing and production of all materials. Whether viewed from a distance or near, it is a beautiful artwork that attracts people to stop and clock in. We have also equipped the ETFE film structure landscape with a laser light rendering system, a music system, and an automatic foaming system. Together with the surrounding flowers and lawns, we can create a dreamy and beautiful romantic experience for visitors.

Yexing adopts imported intersecting wire cutting equipment and first-stream carbon dioxide protection welding equipment, which has good precision, high efficiency, and electric welder certificate. On-the-job, strict assessment, outstanding craftsmanship.
The anti-corrosion and anti-rust process of Yexing film structure is controlled layer by layer through 8 processes: shot blasting, rust removal, sandblasting, 2 primers, intermediate paints and 2 topcoats, and strictly abide by the quality.
Yexing membrane structure accessories are high-quality, all stainless steel or national standard hot-dip galvanized customized standard parts, PE cables are provided by Juli Group, high vanadium cables are provided by Jianlang Group.
