1. Prevent the membrane from being torn
In order to avoid the membrane being torn, the membrane structure should be designed to ensure that the membrane surface has sufficient rigidity after tensioning; The detailed structural design should take into account the possibility of secondary tension; The membrane surface that has slackened should be subjected to secondary tension in time. The joint design should ensure sufficient rotational freedom to adapt to the large deformation of the membrane surface under the action of wind. The construction technology design of the membrane structure should be thorough, and the lifting and tension should be carried out by workers with installation experience under the guidance of installation instructors. The membrane angle gusset plate and steel cable that are not directly connected to the lifting equipment during hoisting should be installed after the membrane surface is hoisted in place to avoid tearing of the membrane material due to the self-weight of the gusset plate and steel cable. The tension process should be gradual, and the membrane surface should be closely monitored to avoid stress concentration or excessive tension.

2. Prevent connection damage
The design of the connector should ensure that it meets the requirements of mechanical strength and has appropriate safety reserves, and the processing quality should be guaranteed. Structural measures such as safety chains can be considered for critical parts in case the connection is damaged so as not to endanger the safety of the entire structure.

3. Prevent water in the membrane area
When designing the membrane surface shape, a large membrane surface slope should be adopted, and the membrane surface drainage path should be convenient. According to the rainfall situation of the project site, the corresponding vertical load is applied on the membrane surface, and the deformed membrane contour diagram is checked; If an area that is approximately circular or oval outside the high point appears, the shape of the membrane surface should be modified. When tensioning, the pretension of the membrane surface needs to reach the design pretension level; The loose membrane surface should be subjected to secondary tension in time; In the event of membrane area water, it is necessary to manually assist in drainage in time, and take corresponding remedial and modification measures.

4. Prevent fire damage
Minimize the proximity of combustible objects to the membrane surface, and do not allow ignition sources. Fire protection facilities should be set up according to the requirements of the building design fire protection code, so that in the event of a fire, they can be eliminated at an early stage. Use non-flammable PTFE coating overlays or flame retardant materials whenever possible.

5. Prevent quality common diseases
In recent years, Zhenjiang membrane structure manufacturers have generally added a layer of PVDF (difluoroethylene) or PVF (fluoroethylene) surface to the coating surface of PVC coating covering film materials to improve the aging and shedding of PVC coating. In areas with strong ultraviolet radiation, the selection of PVC coated covering film should be cautious. Even if it is the same kind of membrane, the quality of different manufacturers, different models and even different production batches is different, and the actual application should be carefully selected and checked in detail; Local quality defects in the film should be given way when cutting and cutting. Effective anti-corrosion protection measures should be taken for metal components used in membrane structures; When designing, the cross-sectional size of the component should be selected to consider the influence of rust and leave a margin. The design of the membrane structure should be refined, and the processing should be more meticulous. The work site should be clean and dust-free, using tension welding, and carried out by skilled workers with strict safety operation instructions. The installation tension should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the construction technology design.

6. Eliminate inferior engineering
