With a service life of at least 25-35 years, ETFE membrane are ideal for permanent multi-storey movable roof structures, resulting in lightweight roofs and walls that are only 1% of the mass of similar-sized glass; Good toughness, high tensile strength, not easy to be torn, ductility greater than 400%; Strong weather and chemical resistance, melting temperature up to 200℃, and will not spontaneous combustion. (1) Water treatment industry: removal of suspended matter, small particles and bacteria in water;

(4) Food industry: removal of yeast and mold in wine and beverages, clarification and filtration of juice;
(5) Chemical industry: filtration and clarification of various chemicals.
Depending on the position and surface printing, the transmittance of ETFE membrane can be as high as 95%. The material does not block the transmission of light such as ultraviolet rays to ensure the natural light inside the building. By surface printing, the semi-transparency of the material can be further reduced to 50%. Depending on the geometry and the number of layers, the K value can be as high as 2.0W/m2K. The energy consumption index of a three-layer printing film, for example, can reach 0.77.
Due to its excellent quality, ETFE membrane require almost no daily maintenance. A simple inspection of the roof due to mechanical damage can be carried out (once a year is appropriate) and on-site repairs can be made as required.
As a building material for large competition venues with ETFE membrane, the greater advantage is that they can be processed into any size and shape, to meet the needs of large spans, saving the middle support structure. As a kind of material used after aeration, it can adjust the shading and light transmission by controlling the amount of gas, effectively use natural light, save energy, and play a role in thermal insulation.
