The ring beam in the gymnasium is 390 meters long, and temporary support, hoisting, and closing are difficult to construct. The project team boldly innovated and used cantilever support frames to set up temporary load transfer structures in the gymnasium. 400t crawlers were used for hoisting, effectively improving construction quality and efficiency and reducing safety risks. At the same time, in order to eliminate the welding stress of the closed-loop structure, four closing seams are set for each ring beam structure, and they are closed synchronously after all the ring beams are installed to ensure the safety of the structural construction process. The project has currently completed the construction of the water-tight roof and glass curtain walls of the main structures of the three halls, and is currently welding stainless steel on the metal roof.
