On August 9, the “Xi’an International Football Center Super Large Complex Hybrid Roof Structure Exchange and Observation Meeting” hosted by the Spatial Structure Branch of the China Steel Structure Association and hosted by Shaanxi Construction Machinery Group was held in Xi’an. Xue Suduo, professor at Beijing University of Technology and chairman of the Space Structure Branch of China Steel Structure Association, and Wang Zheng, deputy general manager of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Group, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Luo Bin, a professor from Southeast University, gave an exchange speech titled “Research and Application of Key Technologies for the Construction of Large Opening Orthogonal Cable Net Structure of Xi’an International Football Center”.

At the meeting, experts exchanged views on technical management innovations in design, construction and other aspects of the Xi’an International Football Center project, and put forward guiding suggestions on project construction and technological innovation.
