The PTFE membrane structure project of Yexing Chongzuo Sports Center has entered the final stage, and nearly 60000 square meters of membrane Structural engineering has been completed in three months. Yexing has returned the trust of the owner with the actual action results. Today, the editor will introduce some of the current situation on the project site and take a look at the style of Guangxi’s largest PTFE membrane structure sports center in advance.

Yexing Chongzuo Sports Center PTFE membrane structure project is the largest membrane structure gymnasium project in Guangxi, and even the largest large-scale sports center membrane structure project in the country, when the project is completed, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region National Sports Conference will be held. In order not to affect the smooth holding of the sports conference, Yexing sent a strong team with more than 10 years of experience in membrane structure design and construction to serve the Chongzuo project.

The main stadium, with a volume of nearly 60000 square meters, took less than 3 months to complete all the complex processes from on-site data measurement confirmation, membrane material cutting, processing and transportation, to final tensioning and installation. The average monthly engineering volume of 20000 square meters is a huge test for any membrane structure company. We, Yexing, have achieved this because our teacher, Fu, has accurately completed each process in one step, achieving maximum resource utilization and saving us a lot of time and manpower and resources (in fact, by the end of May, all membrane materials were lifted and tensioned).

At present, the PTFE membrane structure project of Yexing Chongzuo Sports Center has entered the final stage, and our on-site construction team is making final adjustments to the membrane structure, doing hemming waterproofing and improving drainage functions, which is expected to be completed by the end of the month. Although the project is going on to the end, we have not relentless, our philosophy is to build high-quality products with ingenuity, the smooth completion of membrane structure engineering is only the minimum standard, and our ultimate goal is to make the quality and effect of our project become the industry standard.
