Yexing – Jingshan Tennis characteristic town International Tennis Tournament center membrane structure project has been started so far, and now comes to the important engineering node: the main steel structure is completed, some areas began to install membrane material, take a look at it.

Jingshan International Tennis Event Center has 5235 seats, which can undertake large-scale tennis events of international standards. The main building adopts imported white PTFE membrane structure roof, with a total area of nearly 22800 square meters. Shenzhen Yexing is responsible for deepening the design, production and installation.

According to the project manager at the scene, the main steel structure of the tennis center is only preliminary completion, and the entire steel structure needs to be treated with fireproof coating. In order to make the project more efficient and compact, the current fire retardant coating is advanced by area and then the film is installed. As can be seen from the latest picture data returned from the site, the current film loader has begun to install the first piece of film material. According to the project plan, our company will deploy more film loader in the next few days, and the whole film loading process is expected to be completed before the end of the month.

The roofing material of Jingshan International Tennis Tournament Center is imported white PTFE film material, which is cut and processed in its own processing plant in Yexing. It is necessary to popularize the science here, the authentic PTFE film material from the factory to the cutting processing, the beginning is brown or tan (the larger the unit weight, the darker the color), as seen in the scene pictures, after about 3 to 5 months of direct sunlight, the film will be transformed into a clean and transparent white, until the film life is reached.

The advantages of membrane structure engineering are low cost, short duration, no need for secondary decoration, and can be put into use after completion.
