The permanent venue of the International Financial Forum (IFF) is located at the tip of Hengli Island in Nansha Pearl Bay Area, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It is one of the first planned projects to settle on Nansha International Financial Island, with an investment scale of 3.5 billion yuan, a land area of 240000 square meters, and a total construction area of 300000 square meters. It consists of four parts: an international conference center, an international conference service hotel, a service apartment, and a political official residence, with conference functions as the main focus, and also serves as a banquet, news release A composite conference venue with functions such as exhibition activities and business accommodation.

The architectural design of the project focuses on the unique regional context and natural elements of Guangzhou and Nansha, with a combination of “global perspective, Chinese style, and Lingnan characteristics”. The main IFF International Convention Center looks like a kapok blooming in the wind from a distance, with different petals but concentric petals. The curtain wall project consists of 12 systems, including UHPC curtain wall, PTFE membrane structure curtain wall, and daylighting glass curtain wall, with a curtain wall construction volume of approximately 85000 square meters.
