Yexing-Ji’an Yongfeng County Nine-year Consistent School Stadium Grandstand Structure Project has made new progress! The construction of the grandstand membrane structure of Ji’an Yongfeng School began in October last year, and the project that was originally planned to be completed in two months was suspended due to Party A’s own reasons and was shelved until some time ago. The steel membrane structure project of Ji’an Stadium stands is a single-span large-scale sports grandstand film structure with an arch height of 31 meters, a span of 89 meters, and a steel dragon skeleton of more than 100 meters. When we entered the site last year, we shipped a set of intersecting wire cutting equipment, and the main steel components had been processed at that time, and part of the steel keel had been assembled and welded before the withdrawal. For engineering construction, the most taboo is the long stop of the project, steel film structure engineering is also like this, without making a finished product, natural weather can cause great damage to various raw materials on the site, such as steel rust. As an experienced and conscientious company, we insisted on a rust-proof paint treatment for all steel components, despite the hasty withdrawal.

According to Wang Gong, the project manager stationed at the site of Yexing, when the Ji’an project was restarted, he organized workers to enter the site to derust and repair the steel components that had been placed in the open air for nearly a year, and then assembled and welded the remaining steel components according to the drawings. Due to the more accurate cutting of the steel structure in the early stage and the anti-rust work in place, these two works have been successfully completed according to the construction plan, and the project has entered the stage of lifting and fixing the main steel structure.

In the construction organization of the steel membrane structure of the Ji’an Stadium stand, the steel structure skeleton is first assembled and welded on the ground, and then hoisted and fixed as a whole. This is a single arch span of more than 100 meters of steel structure skeleton, steel weight is large, span large, need to be a number of large cranes to lift and move, and then connected with the ground reinforced concrete base through concentric reducers. The single arch span of the Ji’an project can rank in the top five of similar buildings, and the large-scale building can give people a magnificent and shocking beauty, but in the construction process of large-scale buildings, absolutely excellent technology is required to effectively avoid safety risks and smooth construction. Today is the second day of hoisting, and it is expected that it will take another week for the hoisting operation to be fully completed, and then enter the next data measurement and film loading stage.
